MCHS PTSA Sponsorship Logo and Branding Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of both MCHS PTSA and our valued sponsors, we ask that all sponsor logos and branding adhere to the following guidelines:
Logo Submission Requirements
Sponsors must submit their logos in the following formats to ensure high-quality presentation across various platforms:
- File Types: Submit logos in vector formats such as EPS, AI, or PDF. High-resolution PNG (transparent background) or JPEG files are also acceptable.
- Resolution: For print materials, a minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required. For digital use (web or social media), logos must be at least 72 DPI.
- Color Version: Provide both full-color and monochrome (black/white) versions of the logo. This allows for flexibility in usage depending on the background or medium.
Size and Placement
- Print Materials: Logos will be resized to ensure clarity and proportional placement on banners, flyers, and event programs. For Gold Sponsors, logos will be prominently displayed and larger than Silver and Bronze sponsors.
- Website: Sponsor logos will appear on the MCHS PTSA website, and size will be adjusted based on the sponsorship tier (Gold, Silver, or Bronze). Gold sponsors will receive prime placement at the top of the page.
- Social Media: Sponsor logos featured in social media posts will follow the same hierarchy as print materials, with Gold sponsors receiving the most prominent placement.
Logo Usage
To maintain consistency and ensure logos are displayed correctly, we ask sponsors to follow these guidelines:
- Clear Space: Ensure that there is sufficient space around your logo to maintain clarity. No other elements (text, images, or other logos) should be placed within 0.25 inches of the logo on printed materials.
- Do Not Alter the Logo: Logos should not be stretched, distorted, or altered in any way. Please avoid rotating, changing colors, or modifying the logo’s proportions.
Brand Color and Fonts
If your company has specific branding requirements for color usage or fonts, please submit these details with your logo files:
- Primary and Secondary Colors: If applicable, provide the hex codes, RGB, or CMYK values for your company’s brand colors to ensure accurate representation.
- Fonts: Provide details on any fonts that should be used in combination with your brand logo or tagline.
Approval Process
All logos and branding materials submitted by sponsors must go through an approval process to ensure they meet MCHS PTSA’s guidelines. We will contact you if any adjustments are necessary.
Deadlines
To guarantee your logo and branding are included in event materials, we request that all sponsors submit their logos and branding assets at least 30 days prior to the event. This allows time for placement and design approval.
